Marcy Porus-Gottlieb MBA 1995, is an Executive Coach, facilitator, lecturer and speaker, focusing in the areas of leadership performance and life and career transition. In all roles, she works as an illuminator- providing a lens, light and a mirror to her clients to help them to see better- to be better – and do better.
Her extensive experience in working with people in organizations as diverse as Williams-Sonoma, Backroads and the Haas School- and her insane curiosity about how and why people behave the way they do- led her toward founding her own coaching and consulting business almost 20 years ago. Clients she has served over the years include senior leaders and teams from Amazon, Docusign, Expedia, Samsung, Starbucks, T-Mobile, the California State Association of Counties and many more.
Aside from serving clients, Marcy’s happiest moments can be found in deep and inspiring conversations, spending time with close friends and her two adult kids, being active in the mountains and near big water, sweating in hot yoga, traveling to beautiful new places, and eating chocolate.
