Tracy Baldwin, BCEMBA 04, the founder of RokketMed, has amassed over three decades of diverse experience across the healthcare spectrum, covering health delivery, clinical research, manufacturing, and technology. Before founding RokketMed, she was a Director in PwC’s Healthcare Advisory practice in San Francisco, where she spearheaded strategy and business development for one of the largest U.S. healthcare companies.
At the heart of Tracy’s innovative legacy stands RokketMed, a healthcare fintech company reshaping benefits. RokketMed’s flagship product, the health debit card, is an innovative approach to offering workers a gateway to a meticulously curated marketplace. This marketplace spans walk-in clinics, telemedicine services, digital mental health resources, discount pharmacies, and FSA stores. Tracy’s leadership ensures that RokketMed’s proactive and user-centric approach fosters a comprehensive and accessible healthcare experience.
Tracy’s journey into healthcare began as a registered nurse in the U.S. Army, where she served with distinction for five years on active duty worldwide, achieving the rank of Captain. This foundation in direct patient care instilled in her a profound understanding of the critical intersection between technology, strategy, and compassionate healthcare delivery.
Tracy holds a BS in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma and dual MBAs from UC Berkeley and Columbia University. Outside of her professional achievements, she’s an active mom to two boys, often seen cheering at their weekly sporting events. As an advocate for health and fitness, Tracy is a long-distance swimmer and strives for a daily 10,000-step count while enjoying walks with their two dogs. Her personal commitment to well-being mirrors RokketMed’s mission to transform healthcare accessibility.
